About Jon

Forged in
Two Careers

My understanding of physical and mental performance was forged serving as a Royal Marine Commando and sharpened through decades of competing at every level — from ball sports and track to ultra marathons, climbing, Hyrox and Turf Games.

That experience extends far beyond coaching. I've worked at the heart of some of the world's biggest fitness and outdoor brands — building the fitness and adventure community at The North Face's London flagship, before going on to help create the fitness spaces and community at Gymshark's first flagship store.

It all informs a coaching method refined over 20 years to meet you exactly where you are — whatever your goal, whatever your starting point.
